You can now easily customize the color of your Taskbar. Start up your computer and right click with your mouse on any clear space don't click on any part of the taskbar or any icons a menu should appear.
In this menu, select Personalize. In the new menu that appears, select the option for Colors and Appearance. Click on the color and any attributes you would like.
